Thirdeye provides a Status Page so you can quickly see if the platform is operating normally or experiencing issues.


What You’ll Find on the Status Page

  • Real-Time System Health – Availability of core services (monitoring, alerts, reports, dashboard).

  • Incident Updates – Ongoing issues, their impact, and expected resolution timelines.

  • Historical Uptime – Past performance and uptime percentages, often tracked monthly or quarterly.

  • Scheduled Maintenance – Notifications of planned downtime or upgrades.


When to Check

  • If you’re not seeing new mentions or data updates.

  • If alerts or reports aren’t being delivered as expected.

  • If the dashboard seems unusually slow or unresponsive.


Accessing the Page

  • Usually linked in the platform footer or help section.

  • Enterprise customers may also get direct email/SMS updates when system status changes.
